Vantara Product Roadmap
Current shipped capability and later expansion areas
Vantara is a production outbound AI voice and execution platform with commercial packaging, billing, entitlement protection, PayPal checkout, add-ons, top-ups, and owner profitability guardrails in place.
Current Shipped: Core Platform
- Outbound AI calling, campaign execution, lead import, call history, analytics, and conversation intelligence surfaces.
- Booking, reminders, live handoff, workflow/action builder, post-call evaluation, regression tracking, and version testing.
- Supabase-backed customer, billing, campaign, call, and entitlement truth.
Current Shipped: Commercial Packaging
- Starter at $599/month, Growth Core at $2,499/month, and Scale at $6,499/month.
- Plan cards expose AI callers, local numbers, toll-free numbers, standard minutes, premium minutes, AI Meeting Agent hours, enrichment records, inbound AI access, and support level.
- Legacy plan IDs remain readable for existing workspaces without appearing as active new-customer packaging.
Current Shipped: Usage Protection and Gating
- Authoritative entitlement resolution returns plan code, included allowances, add-on allowances, top-up credits, feature flags, current usage, remaining usage, and usage-meter states.
- Server-side gates protect outbound calls, campaign starts, premium voice, inbound AI callback handling, AI Meeting Agent sessions, enrichment, number provisioning, AI caller activation, and integration connections.
- Usage meters apply 70% warning, 90% strong warning, and 100% block states with upgrade or top-up guidance.
Current Shipped: Add-ons and Top-ups
- Recurring add-ons cover extra AI caller seats, local numbers, toll-free numbers, inbound AI, and extra CRM/integration connections.
- One-time top-ups cover standard minutes, premium minutes, AI Meeting Agent hours, lead enrichment, phone/mobile enrichment, managed onboarding, custom workflow builds, and Premium Voice unlock.
- PayPal subscription and one-time order success events activate the matching entitlement or credit after payment success.
Current Shipped: Profitability Guardrails
- Owner profitability estimates account for PayPal processing fees, referral commission reserve when applicable, Telnyx voice/media/recording/number costs, OpenAI voice and non-voice usage, ElevenLabs reserve, Recall/Nylas meeting/calendar costs, Outscraper/enrichment costs, Supabase, Fly.io/runtime/worker allocation, retention, transactional messaging, CRM/webhook overhead, security/compliance/admin reserve, support/QA/servicing reserve, and domain/SSL/email admin reserve.
- Margin-floor validation remains active for checkout pricing safeguards.
Current Known Limits
- SMS/MMS is not sold as unlimited; where present it remains usage-based, pass-through, or manually/admin activated.
- Some provider-specific capabilities depend on connected customer credentials and configured provider accounts.
- Legacy workspaces may retain readable legacy billing records while new checkout offers only active packaging.
Product Expansion: Later
- Customer service caller mode and tech support caller mode.
- Advanced inbound scheduling mode.
- Expanded CRM/workflow automation.
- Broader partner and white-label operating surfaces.
Looking Ahead
The current platform is commercially packaged and protected; later expansion broadens modes and workflow depth without changing the shipped outbound execution foundation.
