Match the binding
Direction and scope choose the most specific active application binding with deterministic precedence.
Platform Overview
Vantara runs specialized AI Call Applications on one governed voice platform. The application is resolved and versioned for each call, its capabilities and policies are explicit, and the resulting context is preserved for auditability and reliable follow-through. Vantara Sales is available now for deterministic outbound qualification, CTA execution, booking, and operator-visible outcomes. Vantara Front Desk and Vantara Scheduler are in private preview. Vantara Service Desk and Vantara Call Intelligence are planned pilots, not generally available features. The commercial model stays predictable as the portfolio grows: existing subscription prices remain in place, active applications are capped by plan, all applications consume the workspace's shared voice-minute pool, and every cost-bearing provider action is protected by a fail-closed hard limit with no automatic overages.
Per-call resolution
Bindings resolve the right published version, then materialize a redacted snapshot before the existing runtime continues.
Direction and scope choose the most specific active application binding with deterministic precedence.
Only an active application and published version can materialize for a production call.
Identity, capabilities, knowledge, handoff, memory, compliance, and outcome rules become one redacted context.
The context hash, application version, usage event, and resulting outcomes make execution observable and reproducible.
Capability Architecture
The voice path stays stable while each application receives only the policies and capabilities required for its purpose.
Teams can monitor outbound execution in real time, step in with live takeover or warm transfer when required, and keep exception handling human-led for sensitive or high-value moments.
Vantara applies structured qualification paths so every lead resolves into a clear status with auditable reasoning and consistent routing decisions.
Initial scheduling, reminders, reschedules, and cancellations operate as one controlled lifecycle so momentum is not lost after qualification.
Completed calls can produce transcripts, summaries, outcome records, and recordings where enabled for QA, coaching, and next-step execution.
Regression tracking and version comparison help teams validate improvements, detect quality drift, and iterate with confidence.
Atomic quota reservations, per-call and per-action limits, global kill switches, provider-confirmed reconciliation, and no automatic overages bound every cost-bearing path.
