One governed platform, specialized for each call purpose

Vantara Sales and Vantara General Outbound are available now. Vantara Front Desk is also a production Call Application available now. General Outbound is a standalone non-sales calling product for reminders, confirmations, surveys, notifications, follow-ups, and structured information capture without requiring a Sales subscription. Automated Scheduler calling requires workspace activation and the configured execution path. Supporting service-triage and post-call intelligence capabilities exist, while dedicated Service Desk and Call Intelligence application activation is not currently exposed.

Vantara General Outbound

Outbound calling for operational work—not just sales

Configure exactly why the agent is calling, what it should ask or explain, the action it should take, what a successful outcome means, and which fields must be captured. General Outbound uses its own standalone plan and does not require Vantara Sales.

Configure the call purpose

Set the caller identity, organization, reason for calling, opening guidance, detailed instructions, CTA/action, desired outcome, and structured capture fields per bound campaign.

Capture structured information

Use the call for pre-appointment information, confirmations, surveys, operational updates, follow-ups, or other approved workflows. Missing answers remain missing rather than being invented.

Produce reviewable outputs

Structured-intake results remain attached to the contact and can be opened as a printable/downloadable PDF for operator review, filing, or physical signature where appropriate.

General Outbound is outbound-only and hard-capped. No automatic overage billing. Extra usage requires an explicit prepaid minute top-up.

Outbound Call Applications

Outbound does not have to mean cold prospecting

Vantara separates proactive calling by purpose so qualification, follow-up, information capture, and appointment lifecycle calls do not get forced through one generic sales script.

Qualify, capture, and book

Vantara Sales — available now. Run proactive qualification, capture structured outcomes and required details, execute the approved Sales CTA, and route qualified interest toward booking or the configured next step.

Information capture and operational follow-up

Vantara General Outbound — available now. Run non-sales workflows such as reminders, confirmations, surveys, notifications, and structured intake using a purpose-specific configuration that cannot fall back to a Sales pitch.

Appointment confirmations and reminders

Vantara Scheduler. Calendar-connected confirmation and reminder workflows stay transactional and purpose-specific. Automatic outbound execution only runs after workspace activation and when the configured execution path is ready.

Reschedule or cancel without sales behavior

Vantara Scheduler. Appointment-change actions stay isolated from the Sales persona and use the connected calendar path where the relevant workflow is enabled.

Lead Sourcing + Readiness

Build the right contact list for the workflow

Lead/contact data and enrichment are optional prepaid services and are not included in core plan allowances.

Company lead sourcing

What: Build campaign pools by segment.

Why: Better source data improves call relevance.

Outcome: Cleaner contact lists for the selected application.

Decision-maker targeting

What: Prioritize decision-maker contacts where the workflow requires them.

Why: Cuts wasted dialing and routing.

Outcome: More efficient campaign execution.

Readiness workflow

What: Organize contacts before campaign launch.

Why: Operators need reliable launch consistency.

Outcome: Cleaner execution and reporting.

Vantara Front Desk

Inbound AI without requiring an outbound Sales subscription

Front Desk is the production inbound Call Application for businesses that want calls answered, routed, captured, and followed through even when outbound prospecting is not part of their workflow.

Inbound reception and routing

Answer incoming calls using the workspace's approved business context, screen the caller's intent, capture messages and required details, route or transfer where configured, and keep a durable conversation record for operator review.

Flexible number and booking setup

  • Works with a dedicated inbound number or an eligible caller-facing number configured for inbound handling.
  • Can use the workspace's approved booking/action rules and connected calendar where configured.
  • Keeps inbound and outbound usage/reporting directionally distinct.
  • Standalone Front Desk plans include inbound-only voice entitlement rather than silently enabling outbound calling.

Front Desk is generally available through its standalone inbound-only plans and eligible bundled entitlements. Provider-backed actions still require the relevant workspace configuration and allowance.

Booking + Scheduling

Keep the appointment lifecycle connected

Virtual demo booking handoff

What: Qualified Sales leads transition to booking workflow.

Why: Keeps Sales campaign output tied to revenue action.

Outcome: More booked demos on calendar.

Calendar-connected coordination

What: Booking, confirmation, reminders, rescheduling, and cancellation can share the same calendar lifecycle where the connected calendar and relevant workflow support those actions.

Why: Reduces manual back-and-forth and keeps appointment status explicit.

Outcome: Faster scheduling throughput with clearer follow-through.

Artifacts + Operator Review

Workspace-visible truth and reviewable call/meeting evidence

Outcome persistence

Campaign and call outcomes persist in workspace reporting views so operators can review what happened without relying on memory or provider-only dashboards.

Structured General Outbound documents

Configured capture fields can be persisted per contact and rendered as a printable/downloadable PDF with missing answers explicitly shown as not provided.

Recordings, transcripts and summaries

Where capture assets exist, call and meeting artifacts support QA, operator review, coaching, and workflow iteration.

Voice Identity Controls

Default standard voice plus optional premium/clone paths

Standard voice included

What: Baseline voice runtime in eligible plans.

Why: Launch quickly without add-on dependency.

Outcome: Predictable onboarding.

Premium voice catalog (optional)

What: Eligible workspaces can unlock higher-end voice catalog options.

Why: Delivers more branded caller presence where the application supports it.

Outcome: Stronger voice identity control at scale.

Instant voice clone workflow (optional)

What: Clone flow is workspace-gated with consent and entitlement checks.

Why: Teams can align eligible calling workflows to a specific approved voice.

Outcome: Premium voice identity with operational safeguards.
