Voice, Meeting Agent time, numbers, concurrency, call attempts, transfers, tool actions, calendar connections, and active Call Applications are hard-capped by plan. Lead data and enrichment, SMS/MMS, international or premium destinations, and other paid third-party actions are not included. Extra usage requires an explicit prepaid top-up or plan upgrade; there is no automatic overage billing.

Shared voice pool
Inbound and outbound Call Applications consume one shared voice-minute pool for the workspace. No per-application minute multiplier.
Atomic hard stops
Every call and cost-bearing action reserves quota before a provider is invoked. Starter, Growth Core, and Scale include 500 / 2,500 / 6,000 monthly tool-action attempts and 1 / 4 / 10 concurrent calls.
No surprise overages
Warnings begin at 80%. At 90%, new outbound calls stop and, where inbound is included, the final 10% is preserved for inbound traffic. At 100%, new AI calls stop until an explicit top-up or upgrade.
Limits fail closed if quota cannot be verified. Calls already in progress may finish only within the application's maximum duration. Availability is separate from inclusion: Vantara Sales is available now; Vantara Front Desk and Vantara Scheduler are in private preview; Vantara Service Desk and Vantara Call Intelligence are planned pilots.
