Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Vantara platform. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Effective date: July 6, 2026.
Vantara provides AI-assisted outbound calling, virtual demo booking, meeting, transcript, recording, calendar, CRM-style workflow, summarization, and related automation tools for customer-configured business workflows.
You are responsible for account credentials, authorized user access, workspace configuration, role assignments, and actions taken through your organization’s workspace.
You are responsible for your data, workflow instructions, campaign strategy, contact permissions, call disclosures, recording settings, legal basis, and use of outputs. Customers are responsible for obtaining all required notices, consents, and permissions for calls, meetings, recordings, transcripts, and AI-generated summaries.
You may not use Vantara for regulated, high-risk, emergency, safety-critical, or legally restricted workflows unless Vantara has expressly agreed to the specific use in writing and all required agreements, safeguards, and configurations are in place.
Customers may not use Vantara for HIPAA-regulated workflows unless Vantara has expressly agreed to that use in writing and, where required, a Business Associate Agreement has been executed. When Vantara is configured for healthcare-regulated workflows, additional contractual terms such as a Business Associate Agreement may be required before processing HIPAA-regulated protected health information.
Vantara does not provide medical, legal, financial, insurance, or professional advice. Customers must not rely on the service or AI-generated outputs as a substitute for qualified professional judgment.
AI-generated calls, transcripts, summaries, classifications, recommendations, messages, and other outputs may be incomplete, delayed, biased, or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, validating important information, and deciding whether outputs are appropriate for your use case.
You are responsible for complying with all laws and rules that apply to calls, meetings, recordings, transcripts, monitoring, and notices, including obtaining participant consent where required before recording or transcribing.
You agree not to misuse the service, violate applicable laws, submit unlawful or improperly obtained data, impersonate others, conduct deceptive outreach, interfere with service security, or use Vantara to generate, transmit, or facilitate harmful, abusive, discriminatory, or illegal content.
Use of Vantara is subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable agreements. Vantara may process meeting, call, transcript, and AI-generated content where needed to provide the service. We aim to limit information shared with AI, transcription, telephony, and infrastructure providers to what is needed to provide the service.
Paid plans, subscriptions, usage-based charges, renewals, taxes, invoices, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the selected plan, order form, checkout flow, or written agreement. Additional payment terms may be presented in the applicable checkout flow, invoice, order form, or written agreement.
As between you and Vantara, you retain rights to customer data you submit, subject to the rights needed for Vantara to provide, secure, support, and improve the service and comply with law and applicable agreements.
Platform integrations may depend on third-party services and their availability, policies, permissions, data handling, and technical constraints. Vantara is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.
We aim for reliable service operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure availability in all circumstances. Features may change, be limited, or be unavailable based on configuration, plan, provider constraints, or operational needs.
The service and outputs are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Vantara disclaims implied warranties to the extent permitted by applicable law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vantara will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Any liability cap or additional limitation will be set in the applicable order form or written agreement.
We may revise these terms periodically. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
