The Vantara LinkedIn Session Sync extension is used only to sync LinkedIn account session status to Vantara so a customer can connect a LinkedIn account, refresh connection status, and maintain LinkedIn outreach account readiness inside Vantara.

2. Data the extension accesses

The extension may access:

• LinkedIn session/authentication state needed to confirm whether the user is signed in on LinkedIn
• extension configuration and temporary sync state stored locally in the browser, such as connect token, selected base URL, and sync-related state

The extension is not intended to collect browsing history unrelated to this purpose, personal communications, health information, financial information, or website content unrelated to LinkedIn session sync.

3. How data is used

The extension uses this information only to:

• confirm LinkedIn authenticated session status
• send session/account sync status to Vantara
• support LinkedIn account connection and refresh workflows inside Vantara
• maintain accurate LinkedIn account readiness for the customer

4. Data sharing

The extension sends relevant session/account sync data to Vantara so the customer’s LinkedIn connection status can be updated in the Vantara platform.

We do not sell personal information.

We do not use or transfer user data for purposes unrelated to the extension’s single purpose.

We do not transfer user data to third parties except as necessary to operate Vantara, comply with law, or protect against fraud, abuse, or security threats.

5. Parties that may receive data

Data may be received by:

• Vantara
• infrastructure or hosting providers used to operate Vantara
• security, compliance, or support providers acting on Vantara’s behalf when necessary to provide the service

6. Local storage

The extension may use browser storage to keep temporary extension state required for reliable session sync, such as connect token, selected environment/base URL, and sync workflow state.

7. Retention

Data transmitted to Vantara is retained only as needed to provide account connection, account status refresh, operational support, security, and related business or legal requirements.

8. Security

Data transmitted by the extension is sent over secure connections. We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards designed to protect data against unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

9. Your choices

You can stop collection by disabling or uninstalling the extension and disconnecting the LinkedIn account from Vantara.
